About the owner

Pamela Fisher Mayes
Pamela Fisher Mayes is the owner and designer of PGF Designs and A Mayes Pottery. Pam has always been a graphic designer, designing print material and web designs for local businesses. Always eager to learn new things she decided to try her hand at pottery and fell in love with the art of handbuild pottery. After designing stamps and texture or her own pottery creations she felt other potters might enjoy having them available for their work as well.
So where did the name A Mayes Pottery come from? A few years ago Pam met and eventually married Jeff Mayes thus making her “a Mayes” and the name of A Mayes Pottery was born. Jeff is also avery important part of A Mayes Pottery by helping keep the 3D printers running and kilns firing and running smooth.
